JE Dunn completed extensive exterior renovations to two adjacent office and retail buildings. The existing facade and storefronts on both buildings were demolished and replaced with new storefronts, ACM panels, sunshade and metal-edge trim. The work on 3701 Kirby, a 12-story building, also included the addition of a new 13,000-square-foot amenities deck on the top level of the parking garage and the build-out of the fourth floor core for a future tenant. Across the way at 3801 Kirby, a seven-story building, the project team built a new lobby entry with added up-lighting. Structural steel was added for enlargement of exisiting penthouses, while carbon fiber and steel were added for the addition of a 3,600-square-foot amenities deck located on the newly installed roof.
