The first structure of the oneC1TY campus is a medical office building totaling 115,000 square feet with precast, metal panels and glass skin. The building sits on top of a three-story below grade concrete parking garage adding an additional 167,352 square feet of space. The parking garage houses 402 parking spots for tenants and retail space.
The building houses space for restaurant build out and a small cafe on the first loor. We are also completed additional infrastructure and utility work for the entire property. As the property develops, the campus will become a centerpoint for the area, acting as a center for business, retail, living and other mixed-use developments, mixing an urban feel with both work and living.
